Hi, I'm Pat a Cake...

...or Patricia as I'm usually known.

 

I started out as a graphic designer. That was 15 years ago. In recent years I started a family, and as many people know, a few changes come with that!

One of them was that life, was no longer about just me.

I began making cakes for my children, for their birthdays, christenings, any occasion if I'm honest. I guess cake making has bridged the creative gap for me between the busy world of graphics, and my family life. I am now a stay at home mam that stays up until the small hours of the morning making cakes the kids can never eat for breakfast when they open the fridge the next morning!

(Never stops them asking mind you.)



I'm very lucky in that I love what I do. I love to create cakes for people, I love fulfilling their expectations in my design work.
